Please have enough tubes with you for fixing punctures.  We will not have a mechanic on the sportive, but if you are stuck, ring the saved number and we will arrange for you to be picked up.

TEA / COFFEE will be served at the FOUR SEASONS HOTEL, Carlingford. 

WATER will be available at the Long Woman’s Grave on the 100K Route and at the FOUR SEASONS HOTEL on the 65K Route.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS IS NOT A RACE AND THERE ARE NO ROAD CLOSURES.  Marshall's will be positioned at some junctions and yellow directional signs will also be utilised for your information at others.   RULES OF THE ROAD APPLY AND AS A BIKE RIDER YOU ARE RESPOSIBILY FOR YOUR OWN ACTIONS.

If any of your friends are considering taking part in the sportive, please be advice them that this is a PRE-REGISTERED EVENT.  Registrations can still be completed at www.lh286cycle.com.
